Shipping, sealed or otherwise.
Shipping is NOT included with orders. Shipping must be added separately if you want your order shipped. We ship worldwide — we'll quote you based on weight & destination after you submit your request.
Where we ship from
We rip & ship out of Alberta, Canada and ship worldwide. Most orders go out within 1–3 business days of payment clearing.
Sealed product
If you want your packs sent sealed instead of ripped on stream, select “Ship sealed” on the request form. We'll package securely with bubble wrap or a fitted box.
Shipping rates & methods
- • Local Alberta pickup — free, by appointment.
- • Canada Post Expedited — within Canada, tracked, 2–7 business days.
- • Canada Post / UPS International — worldwide, tracked. Customs duties & taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- • Higher-value orders ship with signature & insurance (extra cost).
Final shipping is calculated after we know your address and order weight. We'll include the total in your invoice (Etransfer or PayPal).
Live rips — what we keep
If you choose to have your packs ripped live, you can choose to receive all pulled cards back (shipping extra) or only specific cards (e.g. hits over a certain rarity). Bulk and commons stay with us by default unless requested — just mention it in your order notes.
Refunds & damages
If a sealed product arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll work it out. Live-ripped product is final sale (you watched it happen!).
